Exchange & Refund Policy – Tiny Tales

At Tiny Tales, each piece is thoughtfully crafted, and most of our products are made-to-order. Because of this, we follow a strict exchange and refund policy.


1. Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchange only in case of manufacturing defects.

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact

2. No Returns Policy

As most of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for:

  • Size issues
  • Fit concerns
  • Change of mind
  • Color or design preferences

We recommend reviewing product details carefully before placing your order.


3. Mandatory Proof for Defects

To process any exchange request due to a manufacturing defect:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The package being opened
    • The defect in the product

Requests without valid unboxing proof will not be accepted.


4. Exchange Process

Once your request is approved:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process
  • After the product passes quality inspection, a replacement will be dispatched

5. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances
  • Refunds will only be considered if:
    • A replacement is not available, or
    • The issue cannot be resolved through exchange

In such cases, refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method.


6. Important Notes

  • Tiny Tales reserves the right to decline exchange requests if:
    • The product does not meet eligibility criteria
    • The damage appears due to usage or mishandling
  • Slight variations in color or finish may occur due to photography and are not considered defects
