  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Orders may be cancelled due to:
    • Product unavailability
    • Errors in pricing or product information
    • Issues flagged by our system
  • In case of prepaid order cancellations, a full refund will be processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 5–7 working days and delivered as per timelines mentioned in our Shipping Policy.
  • Delays may occur due to logistics issues, festive periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

6. Exchange & Refund Policy

  • We offer exchange only in case of manufacturing defects, within 7 days of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any defect-related request.
  • As products are custom-made, returns are not accepted.
  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.
