Shipping policy
At Tiny Tales, we ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all your orders.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India (Pan-India). At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–7 working days before dispatch.
Please note that orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 5 working days
- Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 7 working days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your exact location and courier partner availability.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and locations.
Availability will be shown at checkout.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS, so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
7. Courier Partners
We work with reliable logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and other leading courier services to ensure timely delivery.
8. Split Shipments
In case your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on availability. You will receive tracking details for each shipment individually.
9. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If the customer is unavailable after these attempts, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
- In such cases, reshipping charges will be applicable.
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the order will be returned to us (RTO), and reshipping will be chargeable.
10. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver within the promised timelines, delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes during festive seasons or sales
- Unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, strikes, or logistical challenges

11. Packaging
All Tiny Tales orders are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
